Violit Springford, LMT

Violit is a federally certified massage therapist. She has been practicing massage for 11 years in Hawaii, California and now in Ashland, Oregon. Violit received her original training from The Maui School of Therapeutic Massage and East West College of Healing Arts.

Her style is drawn from a number of modalities such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu, and Lomi Lomi. Violit has great respect for the body and its ability to heal. Her experience, knowledge and intuition offers a deep and firm, yet nurturing and supportive massage. Honing in on trigger points and areas of holding releases stress, tension, injury and emotion that is stored in the body helping to improve optimal function.

Violit also enjoys backpacking, sun basking, hot springs and rivers. She loves her time spent with her son, friends and family.
