We provide the clients, administrative support, scheduling, billing, treatment space, linens, laundry, and supplies—so you can spend more of your time doing the work you love to do.
Since 2009, our community has trusted us to provide knowledgeable, caring massage therapy. We’ve grown into one of Ashland’s established massage practices by building a strong team and creating a workplace where therapists can develop their skills, build a steady clientele, and make massage therapy a sustainable career. Our therapists have flexibility in creating their schedules, the support of an experienced administrative team, and the opportunity to work alongside other talented massage therapists with a wide range of skills and experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for massage therapists who are:
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Skilled in therapeutic massage and interested in helping people feel and function better
- Good communicators who listen well and connect easily with clients
- Curious about the body and motivated to keep learning
- Open to feedback, collaboration, and developing their skills over time
Experience and training beyond massage school are certainly valued, but they aren’t everything. We’re equally interested in therapists who have a strong foundation, good instincts, and a genuine desire to become excellent at what they do.
Siskiyou Massage is an established, treatment-oriented practice with therapists who bring a wide range of experience, techniques, and perspectives to their work. We like learning from one another, and we want people on our team who feel the same way.
A Great Place to Do Your Best Work
Our Siskiyou Boulevard clinic is a thoughtfully restored historic Victorian home dating to around 1901, right in the heart of Ashland. Take a virtual tour of the clinic and see the treatment rooms and spaces where our therapists work.
We want our therapists to be able to concentrate on their clients and their craft. We provide comfortable treatment rooms, linens, laundry, lotions and supplies, along with a strong administrative team that handles scheduling, client communication, billing, and the many other details involved in keeping a busy practice running.
Our clients come to us for many reasons—from pain, injuries and recovery to staying active, moving well, and simply feeling better. That variety keeps the work interesting and gives our therapists opportunities to use and develop a broad range of skills.
Learning is an important part of our culture. We offer ongoing educational opportunities for our therapists, drawing on the experience within our own team as well as other healthcare professionals. We want Siskiyou Massage to be a place where good therapists can become even better ones.
We’re Growing
Siskiyou Massage is expanding to a second location in Ashland. Our new clinic on Williamson Way is being thoughtfully remodeled to create a comfortable, professional environment designed around the needs of our clients and therapists.
The new location gives us room to grow our team, welcome more clients, and create new opportunities for our therapists. In addition to treatment rooms, the building includes generous shared spaces, a staff kitchen and break area, laundry facilities, offices, and space for meetings, classes, and continuing education.
Our original clinic on Siskiyou Boulevard isn’t going anywhere. The addition of a second location represents the next chapter for a practice that has been part of the Ashland community since 2009—and creates an especially exciting time to join our team.
