Time-of-service discounts
The following prices reflect a discount given for paying at the time of service. If you are not paying at the time of service, please see below for our full rates.

Add $500 or more to your account and receive our 12% OG (Our Gratitude) Discount.
Full Rates: If not paying at the time of service, our standard rates are based on the current Oregon Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedule for massage and manual therapy.
Auto & Health Insurance Billing
Massage therapy may be covered by auto or health insurance depending on your situation and policy.
Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA / PIP)
Oregon auto insurance policies include Personal Injury Protection (PIP), which often covers medically necessary treatment after a motor vehicle accident, regardless of who was at fault. In many cases, this coverage may also apply if you were injured as a pedestrian or while riding a bicycle.
Our office is highly experienced with:
- PIP claims
- Insurance billing
- Clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Prescriptions/referrals when required
- Communication with providers and attorneys
We work closely with our clients and their care teams to help make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Health Insurance Billing
Many health insurance plans include massage therapy benefits for injury treatment, pain management, or general wellness care. If we are in network with your insurance plan, we may be able to bill your insurance directly.
Time of Service Discount Option
We offer significant discounted pricing for payments made at the time of service. Clients are always welcome to pay us directly and seek reimbursement independently from their insurance company if desired. In those cases, we can provide a superbill for submission to your insurance provider.
Accepted Payments: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards, Siskiyou Massage Gift Cards.
Massage Therapy is an eligible expense for HSA, FSA, and HRA accounts.
