Elena Zubulake has trained in integrative massage, Mayan abdominal therapies, polarity, cranial-sacral therapy, contact improvisation, authentic movement, heart circles, permaculture, midwifery, yoga, shiatsu, meditation, herbalism, re-evaluation counseling, and has ties to Huichol and Mayan healing lineages.
Elena has been a massage therapist for over a decade and has 25 years of experience in the somatic arts. Her bodywork is deep, meaningful, and effective. She mostly sees bodywork as a magical practice of presence, intention, and connection in the multifaceted universe of the body-spirit.
Elena is also a poet and a dancer, both being essential to her honoring the space in which she draws to work with her clients.
