Nicole Wilhelm-Wilson spent the first part of her career in chiropractic offices where she also earned her Chiropractic Assistant License. She has provided care to many different types of people with many different ailments ranging from acute car accident injury; sports related injury; work related injury; chronic shoulder, neck, and low-back pain, chronic headaches, and assisted with exercises to strengthen the muscles and manage pain. She also has experience with helping expectant mothers relieve stress and tension during pregnancy.
Nicole uses a balance of different massage techniques, knowledge, intuition, and clear communication to achieve the perfect session for each client. She loves to pair deep pressure with slow movement and a closely listening hand to spot how a neighboring muscle group reacts to deep touch. Many times, the source of pain is not in the area in which it is felt. She thrives on this kind of detective work. She believes that the greatest prize in this profession is figuring out such puzzles in order to help others experience less pain, have a broader range of motion, and a better quality of life.
