Travis Skrine has been living in the Applegate valley for eleven years and practicing bodywork for the last seven. He studied at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork, in Kauai, and was part of Lee Joseph’s final graduating class.
Travis specializes in Structural Integration, a modality based on myofascial release and originally taught by Dr. Ida Rolf. The depth of the work is unique and is a reputable catalyst for physical and emotional change.
The scope of work is a non-symptom-specific treatment of the entire body allowing a sort of “where it is, it is not” ideology approach to healing. The focus is on aligning oneself with gravity and allowing for free-moving bodies. Single sessions can be tailored to areas of specificity, and Travis enjoys creating mini-series, or multiple sessions of shorter length, to start one’s healing journey.
Travis is looking forward to branching out into the greater community and working with this well-respected and professional practice.

Ditto what Jude wrote. Working with him has been nothing short of transformative.
Highly recommend to runners and cyclists struggling with chronic tightness and pain.
Travis has a vast knowledge of the human body and muscular system, which he puts to use fixing the underlying problem/problems that are causing your issues. He is professional with a laid-back vibe, and I look forward to our next session.
