Angela Macleod has over 1,000 hours of professional massage training and 20 years of experience practicing massage therapy. Her massages are deep and therapeutic, incorporating a range of modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and cupping. She has experience working with repetitive strain injuries, sports recovery, and prenatal and perinatal massage.
Angela completed her core training at the Cypress Health Institute and the National Holistic Institute, both in California. In addition to her professional massage training, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Angela moved to Ashland from San Francisco in 2020 with her newborn daughter and husband to be closer to family.
