Hannah Johnson’s areas of training include myofascial release, advanced deep tissue, integrative pregnancy massage, trigger point therapy, medical massage, structural massage, and Reiki levels 1 & 2. After decades of experience, she continues furthering her education at every opportunity. Her work encourages her clients to pause, breathe, and allow the body to unwind from the demands of life, discomfort, and pain. With a skilled and sensitive touch, Hannah invites her clients to connect more fully to their body’s patterns and postures. Grounded, focused, and experiential are all ways that Hannah describes her holistic and therapeutic approach to bodywork.
When Hannah is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time in nature and adventuring with her young daughter and husband.
